Stainless Steel World comes to North America for the first time, and our materials specialists will be there for both days. Talk through your operating conditions and see the tube and bar we supply for severe service. Prefer we reach out? Leave your details.
Sanicro® 35 and SAF® 3006 for chlorides, seawater cooling, acids and sour media, where standard duplex and 6Mo grades reach their limits.
Sanicro® 35 in corrosive environmentsSeamless heat exchanger tubes in straight, U-bent and finned designs for refinery, petrochemical and chemical exchangers.
Heat exchanger tubesMany of our grades contain more than 80% recycled scrap, some up to 95%. Ask for Environmental Product Declarations and life cycle data for CBAM and Scope 3.

Prepare for your visit
A quick guide before you arrive. Bring your media, temperature and pressure data and we'll narrow the choice down together.
Crevice corrosion resistance higher than Alloy 625 and at least on par with C-276, at a more competitive total cost. Seamless tube, pipe and bar, with no pre-heating or post-weld heat treatment.
Typical use: seawater-cooled heat exchangers, refinery overhead systems, subsea wellhead equipment
Proof strength of at least 680 MPa and better resistance than SAF® 2507 in many acids, with good weldability and no preheating. ASTM A789/A790, ASME Code Case 2914.
Typical use: acid production plants, with or without seawater cooling
Seamless tubes in a wide range of grades, supplied straight, U-bent to your shell design, or finned for heat transfer in compact units.
Typical use: refinery, petrochemical and chemical shell-and-tube exchangers
High-temperature tubes that resist oxidation and carburization, and precision hydraulic and instrumentation tubing for leak-tight control lines.
Typical use: furnaces and reformers, offshore and process control lines

FAQ
When chloride levels, temperature or acidity go beyond what standard duplex and 6Mo grades can handle. Sanicro® 35 is a structurally stable super-austenitic alloy with a PRE of 52, giving crevice corrosion resistance higher than Alloy 625 and at least on par with C-276, at a lower total cost than those nickel alloys.
SAF® 3006 is a high-alloy duplex with a minimum PRE of 43.5 and proof strength of at least 680 MPa. It resists many acids better than SAF® 2507 while keeping excellent pitting and crevice corrosion resistance, which makes it a strong fit for acid plants with seawater cooling.
Yes. We provide Environmental Product Declarations and life cycle assessment data for our products. Many of our grades contain more than 80% recycled scrap, and some up to 95%. Our specialists can walk you through the data for the grades you buy.
Yes. Heat exchanger tubes are available straight, U-bent to your shell design, or finned for compact heat transfer. Bring your drawings to stand D20 or send them through the form.
On 9–10 November 2026 at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, Texas. Alleima is at stand D20.
